Booking and Cancellations
🫧Securing Your Spot: A card capture is required to lock in your appointment.
🫧The 48-Hour Rule: Need to reschedule or cancel? Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes made within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee.
🫧Same-Day and No-Shows: Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 80% of the total service cost.

Punctuality and Arrival
🫧10-Minute Grace Period: Running a little behind? We offer a 10-minute buffer. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to simplify your service or cancel to stay on track for our next guest (no-show fees apply).
🫧Bare Nails Only: New here? Please arrive with natural, bare nails unless you’ve added a removal to your booking! (Please note: We don't remove acrylics).
🫧Solo Service: To keep the studio cozy, calm, and 1-on-1, please leave extra guests, kiddos, and pets at home.

Health and Quality
🫧Feeling Unwell? If you're under the weather, please stay home and reschedule. Clients showing visible signs of illness will be asked to come back another day so we can keep the studio safe for everyone.
🫧Love Your Set: We’ll check in with you during every step of your appointment! Speak up anytime before the gel cures so we can make adjustments on the spot.
🫧Fix-It Guarantee: Notice a tiny technical flaw (like a stray spec of dust or a slightly crooked edge)? Let us know within 48 hours and we’ll fix it for free! (Note: Breaks, stains from tan/food, or change-of-mind colors aren't covered under our guarantee).
