- Card Capture is required to book an appointment with Pinky Promise.

- We have a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, this will result in a cancellation and you will be charged as a No-Show. (Total appointment cost.)

- New clients must arrive with BARE NAILS or book in for a removal alongside a gel appointment. Please note I do NOT remove acrylic.

- NO extra guests/children/pets are authorised to accompany you.

- Cancel your appointment if you are unwell in ANY way. (I will send you away if you arrive and I notice any signs of sickness.)

- 48 hour cancellation policy. Any last minute cancellations will result in a $50 late fee. Any No-Shows or same day cancellations result in being charged 80% of the total appointment cost.

- I do not offer refunds of any kind. During your appointment you will be asked for your opinion at each step. Please voice your concerns you have at this point. Once the gel is cured we cannot go back and change it.

- If for any reason you have an issue with your nails after leaving the salon, contact me as soon as possible. Flaws within 48 hours will be repaired at my discretion. Do not try and fix this yourself as you may be charged for the repair. Leave it to me!
EXAMPLES-
Flaws: Dust stuck under the gel, a slightly crooked nail.
Not Flaws: Fake tan stains, food stains, you broke a nail, you changed your mind on the colour or design, you pulled your enhancement off.

If your builder gel manicure is over 4 weeks old, it will require a rebalance. This is due to the structure of your manicure changing significantly with growth, requiring more time and work to safely fix and maintain your builder gel nails.

- Builder gel base
- Cuticle oil to finish
